Management Team

Alon Sergio Elbaz, entrepreneur and philanthropist, grew up in San Diego, California and began his Internet career early in life. Alon Oversees the company's operations direction, strategy, Partnerships and business intelligence. prior to founding Netpay he had founded a Small Paging Company in New York where he picked up his first tastes of system and network administration that helped him return to Israel and form CompuNet, a small regional ISP, He led the development and systems teams and was responsible for technical client relationships and eventually the company evolved in to a leader of state of the art e-commerce platform. Currently acting as a director at Netpay with one goal in mind, to help millions of people around the world, navigate the Internet and make their payment for products or services safer, faster, smarter and more reliable.

Mr. Roth leads all risk management and compliance activities at Netpay and its Subsidiaries. He had previously managed the acquiring of e-commerce merchants at Cal (ICC), turning Cal into one of Europe's leading Acquiring Banks. Prior to joining Cal, Mr. Roth held several top managerial positions, in Israel and in the USA. He has an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business as well as a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

As Netpay's Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Mamon is in charge of all aspects connected with the financial side of Netpay. With a degree in Finance and Accounting, Limor always has been and continues to be an extremely important part of our management team.

Mr. Lavi is the lead developer and system architect at Netpay and has been with the company for over 11 years. As such he has spearheaded the development on all of Netpay's most complex projects, most notably our real-time credit card processing system now being used by some of the top most internet base service providers. Zeev started his professional career in 1997 as a senior developer at Compunet Ltd., one of Israel's leaders in web development.

Mrs. Bouhaniche directs online marketing campaigns for Netpay and is responsible for business collaborations with resellers. E-commerce professional and a speaker of six languages, she has previously run the risk and compliance department of the company. Elena received a degree in Communication and an M.B.A. Her out-of-the-office passion is triathlon and fitness training.

Ms. Ganim is in charge of all Risk and Compliance procedures connected with various aspects of merchant recruitment and processing. Ms. Ganim comes with several years of experience from her previous position at ICC Ltd., where she was a part of the fraud management team. In addition to her B.A. in Political Science, Rotem brings a unique and professional approach to her position at Netpay.

Over the last 20 years I have been carrying out executive positions with different organizations, active in International Trade, Marketing, Internet and financial business environment. I managed various activities- from business development, purchasing, new product development, market management, brand strategies, global suppliers and brands relation- for international and local brands. Over five years ago (Beginning of 2006) I joined the Online Payment Industry, where I acted as active CEO and head of business development and supplier's relations at Netpay Ltd.

Originally from the United States and armed with a B.A. in International Relations, Ms. Lebhar is in charge of merchant recruitment and client development in the Gaming and Financial sectors. With several years of experience in the foreign exchange markets, Ms. Lebhar brings expertise and experience to her current position at Netpay International.

Ms. Yedidya spent 15 years in the US and holds B.A degree in Computer Science - from CUNY - Queens College, USA In charge of merchant recruitment and client development in the E-Commerce , Pharmaceutical and Adult industries, executing the company's corporate mission and sales goals. Prior to joining Netpay International, May held several positions in Marketing, Sales and client development and management in the USA.
