Do I need special hardware or software to install Netpay International?
Netpay International does not require any additional hardware or software. You only have to connect Netpay International to your systems over a defined interface. All data – goods, payment and customer data – are then exchanged over this interface.

How can I adapt Netpay International to my website?
Netpay International can be adaped to your site's "look and feel" and can be fully integrated into your website. Your customers continue to navigate in the user interface they are accustomed to. Netpay International is pleased to provide you with any assistance you may need.

What type of goods can I assign a Pay by Netpay International button?
You can permit customers to pay for any kind of goods with Netpay International: this includes "physical" products as well as pictures, videos, downloads, programs and services.

Can I set the prices as I wish, or are there any restrictions?
You determine all prices. You can also modify the prices at any time.

Is there a setup fee?
There is a one-time setup fee of $250.00 that will be charged once our assessment personnel have approved your application.

Can I use my Netpay International merchant account to set up more than one website URL?
Our suggestion is to have different merchant accounts per-website, so that you are able to follow your incomes on each website, according to a wide range of criteria including time period and amount of purchase.

Is it possible to have a Netpay International merchant account without owning a website?
You do not have to own a website in order to have a merchant account. You can sell products over the telephone and charge the customer through your Netpay International account.

How long does it take to open my account, from the moment my registration is completed?
After you have filled out and sent Netpay International the application form, one of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours. Once we get your signed agreement notarized and the setup fee is paid, one of our assessment personnel will contact you to verify your information and open your account.

Are there any restrictions on what I can sell?
Any customer who knowingly and deliberately supplies false information to NetPay International will be denied access to NetPay International's Online Merchant Service.
Sellers cannot use this service to engage in the selling and/or distribution of specific types of goods and services, such as:

  • Under Age Adult membership sites
  • Audio text
  • Custom golf clubs
  • Sweepstakes
  • Pyramid schemes
  • Escort services
  • Credit card insurance programs
  • Videotext
  • Mail order herbal remedies
  • Multi-level marketing companies
  • Materials and/or information that is considered grossly offensive or libelous
  • Illegal substances and/or activities
  • Products and services that infringe on the trademarked or copyrighted property of others

Netpay International reserves the sole right to disallow or terminate any on-line merchant on the basis of inappropriate or illegal goods or services.

How do my customers know that they can pay with Netpay International?
If you wish to accept payments using Netpay International's services, simply create a pay by Netpay International button next to your product offer.
Once a visitor clicks this button, the Netpay International popup secured payment window is then invoked.
The payee information, amount due and merchant logo are then displayed and the payer is requested to enter his payment details information.

Can I manually process transactions?
Virtual Terminal
The Netpay International Payment Gateway Virtual Terminal is the perfect solution for Mail Order or Telephone Order merchants. If you are manually entering multiple transactions at a time, it allows you to key them all in to process. You are able to log order numbers and address information for all of your transactions and you are providee with additional options that are not available with a traditional terminal.
You can manually process transactions using Netpay International’s Virtual Internet Point of Sale Terminal. This terminal allows the merchant to accept credit-card and e-checking information to be charged via telephone or fax. The merchant then needs to securely log-in to his/her Netpay International web based merchant management system to transmit and debit the consumer payment using card holder credit card or bank information.

Do you provide technical support as part of the Netpay International account service?
Netpay International provides 7 day a week technical support via e-mail and telephone.  You are invited to contact us with other general issues concerning your Netpay International account.

Is it easy to integrate a Netpay International account into my website?
It is usually very simple to integrate the Netpay International account into your website. Once you gain access to our demo web based management system, you will have access to all integration documentation as well as our professional technical support team.

Do I have any restrictions as for income growth?
We welcome any natural and gradual growth in your monthly incomes. Even so, if you know about an increase in predicted income in short time, please let us know.
