Fraud Monitoring
Netpay International's payment platform enables the merchant to be in full control at all times. This means being able to decide whether you accept the payment of every transaction and what parameters you want to install in order to prevent fraud.
Fraud Controls
- Address Verification Services (AVS):
Verifies that the billing address zip code matches the zip code provided by the cardholder.
- Card Verification Value (CVV):
Verifies that the purchaser has the credit card in hand by matching the CVV value that is unique to each card.
- Block Certain Credit Cards:
Blocks those credit cards that have been linked to fraud, or have been involved in disputed transactions in the past, from being used on your website.
- IP Addresses:
Enables you to see the IP Address for each transaction and prevents transactions from going through IP Addresses associated with fraud.
- Payer Authentication*:
Enables you to authenticate that the cardholder is who they say they are using Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which creates buyer confidence and offers chargeback protection.
Security
Netpay International uses a state-of-the art facility for its payment platform. Subject to PCI standards, we encrypt all sensitive data, including card numbers, terminal numbers and all credentials using a highly sophisticated version of 3DES encryption that utilizes vectors and multiple keys.
For additional protection, we never show a complete card number on any of our systems.
