Netpay International, as well as our affiliates and subsidiaries, consider privacy to be of the utmost importance. We prize confidentiality and do not sell or share consumer information with other sites, businesses or organizations. In order to protect our customers privacy, we have adopted the following principles:
- We Recognize Your Need for Privacy. - You expect privacy and security. We safeguard your personal data by adopting procedures and observing standards designed to prevent misuse of this information.
- Your Personal Data. - We collect, retain and use information about you only when we believe it will help administer our business, comply with our legal obligations or enhance the services we provide you with. The information we obtain about you is used solely for specific business purposes related to our organization.
- Our Maintenance of Accurate Information. - We have adopted procedures to help ensure that your personal data is accurate, current and complete - this will allow us to better respond to your requests for changes in service levels, resolve a billing dispute or correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.
- Limiting Employee Access to Information. - We limit our employee access to your information to those employees who "need to know" and train them about the importance of confidentiality.
- Strict Security Procedures to Protect Information. - We maintain strict procedures designed to prevent unauthorized access to your confidential information. We update and test our technology on a regular basis to ensure the integrity of our system.
- Restrictions on Disclosing Information. - We do not reveal any information about you, your accounts or any other personally identifiable data to parties outside of Netpay International.
- Maintaining Your Privacy. - If we were to ever provide information about you to a party outside Netpay International (we have no plans to do so) we would, as a condition of providing such information, require such a party to agree to safeguard our confidential information about you and the services we provide to you.

Use and Sharing of Information within Our Affiliates
In order to provide you with superior service, Netpay International may share information about you and the services we provide to you with its Merchant Suppliers and affiliates.
Use and Sharing of Information outside of Netpay International
We do not share any customer information, confidential or otherwise, at this time with the limited exception of when we may be legally required to do so.
We gather information about you to enable us to meet obligations we may have as well as plan and provide new or enhanced services, including: Security Payment Filtering, determining routing and/or operating efficiencies, developing information for rate setting processes, and complying with contractual obligations relating to our Merchant Suppliers, such as origin of Payments and/or quantity and types of Payments.
